Waitlist J Saver and able to top up extra miles to Advantage?

Hi all,

Need some advice.

My husband book a J saver waitlist ticket for my son, however as I can see now that J advantage is available. Can I use my points to pay the extra require points to secure him J advantage (Husband accounts got not enough Krisflyer points)? He is in my redemption nominee.

The original waitlisting wouldn’t have used any points. If you have the points to make the advantage booking, then do that. If you or husband dont have enough points in the one account, then I’m afraid you’re stuck.
