Waiting for Godot with Novotel points ?

Just like Godot not turning up my two stays at Novotel in Brisbane and Ningaloo have failed to have the points earned show up in my QF account even after follow ups. Clearly Accor/Novotel have a problem but is it happening to other AFF members? I would hate to be an orphan.

It was one of my biggest bugbears back in my ADV+ days.

I'd wait two months then send a claim in to QFF, eventually they would post.

Thanks Serfty it appears that these Novotel people want to get their whole Accor chain into my "never bother booking with them file".
I really cannot figure out why Qantas /Hooroo / Novotel and Novotel direct are in such disarray but it is easy just to avoid ever using them.

I have given up on A-club, transferred my last 4000 points to QFF and am not actively booking Accor anymore, just too much hassle. There are enough alternatives out there

Gave up on Accor points long ago. If I do find an Accor hotel suits I book on the Qantas/Hooroo site. Here the points are given by Qantas and so far they have all posted and reasonably promptly.
