Wait times for KrisFlyer

Yes, to massive wait this morning. Can’t see this getting any better in the short-term, or the medium-term.
 
I just received a phone call from KrisFlyer about a trivial enquiry I made 2 weeks ago on linking my Velocity account even though I had already spoken to them and resolved the issue yesterday... So apologies for taking up the precious resources!
 
I've experienced some massive waiting times since Feb (relative to KF) of 30-45 min AND got some very incompetent agents until instead of pressing 1 for Singapore Airlines I started pressing 2 for other airlines. Waiting times halved and agents were more professional.
 
i left a message on their website for them to call me and they did!
Got our PE upgraded to J ....with a few hrs to spare until it expired...1st world problems
edit: had to cancel, due to sco mo's self imposed 14 day quarantine.....kris flyer said they will refund everything - points and taxes (he made a point 'because we are travelling with kids', so not sure if this applies to everyone?

Great thanks, I've given that a go. Been on hold for an hour now and no luck.

Though strangely, I've managed to waitlist for two flights online that I couldn't before, but the two I originally wanted to waitlist for it still won't let me.

I have called twice on Friday afternoons (Sydney time) and gotten through after five minutes both times. They probably have more staff on during Singapore business hours.

I returned a call to KrisFlyer on Friday afternoon which I had missed earlier and spoke to an agent who sounded like he was based in Singapore instead of the call centre in India...
