I know it's many years away, however it looks like the Hotel component of the 300 George St development in Brisbane will be managed by Starwood, with the W Hotel Brisbane due to open its doors on 1 January 2018.

Seems like a good fit, two hotels with the Four Points taking the "lower end" and the W taking the "higher end" of the market.

Wonder if it'll open in time for the Commonwealth Games...
