I took 2 of those flattish boiled eggs and 2 peeled round eggs, on 22/04, also brekkie, but my flight on that Mon was delayed till 11am, supposed to have departed at 9am PER - ADL.
Took the normal brown bread with ham instead of the bacon that was next to the flattish eggs.
Here's the eggs with sourdough toast, avo and feta from Friday's breakfast at SYD, per Daft's post above. Very nice. Yes, can't blame them for overdoing the eggs - would be messy to serve hundreds of perfect half done eggs!
Vegetarian gyōza with a soy based sauce in the PER lounge this afternoon. Just missed out on the last of the prawn gyōza but the vegetarian version was actually pretty good. Would like to try the prawn in the future...
