They need to sort out their handling of people with disabilities... This one was a bad one to stuff up - a former Tasmanian of the year.

Does anyone know how the Human Rights Complaint against Virgin went (Was lodged June this year I think...)

HIGH-profile disabled Tasmanian Emma Butler claims an airline Christmas booking bungle saw her slapped with an unforeseen $430 air fare for her carer.

Virgin Blue Airlines is investigating why the former Young Tasmanian of the Year was not told she needed a carer until she was booking in for the flight from Launceston to Melbourne on Saturday afternoon.
