Is there a point per dollar Visa or Mastercard for DJ points?
I dont want cheapie free flight awards (unless they are easy to upgrade with points) but more a quantity of points to do J flights on the presumption that they go up from being a Low Cost Carrier to having a business class product that is acceptable.
If there is,is there a web site address to apply on line?
Based on the rumours I would like to be ready so we have a choice in going PER-SYD and PER-MEL.

Read our AFF credit card guides and start earning more points now.

The Virgin Money Flyer credit card earns 1 point per dollar up to $1500 per month and then 1 point per $2 thereafter (virginmoney.com.au). (Issued by Citibank so you should know what to expect there) NB Virgin Money have two cards, it is the Flyer one that earns points ongoing

The Citibank Select offers transfers to Velocity, but if you have opted for Qantas points you may not have this option. Not sure of its effective rate for transfer. (I think you earn 2 points per dollar, and transfer at 1.5 points give 1 Velocity point, but would need to confirm)

Gee oz_mark I was hoping to keep my 2011 communications with Citi at a minimum.
I dont do capped cards so Virgin Money card is out.
You know we finally got the Citi internet to work for Mrscove and her relentless quest for QF points has been resolved.
Their web site was definitely won by the lowest price bidder.
If you want to get multiple answers to a question just call the call centre more than once.
Anyway thanks oz_mark for pointing me to the best card for DJ points.I hope to see you up the front shortly after they launch their business class.
