The old setup with the rope always felt private enough.

As well as being a great visual deterrent from blocking Y pax from using the front toilet

AA went back and swapped out the transparent divider with this and also added in the increased privacy in between the seats.

While it would be nice to have more privacy in J on Virgin - there is 0.01% chance of them doing this, and to be honest for the price you can get Virgin J either paid or upgrade, they are perfectly serviceable.

something like this is what I thought va were working on. I don't understand why this version required so long to be approved that is inferior to qantas already approved design.
