Hi All,

I am travelling in PE CNS-BNE-CNS on the E190. What should I expect from this product? e.g. Food, Drink, Entertainment e.t.c...

Regards,

Don't expect much. Your seats are the same, only difference is slightly more legroom. You will have access to anything on the menu, but sadly the menu has recently been downgraded significantly. As of now there is only one menu with somewhat limited options, though that will supposedly change in the near future. There is no IFE, not sure if they load the portable players on that route.

I fly PE a lot, and frankly while the other planes are hit-or-miss (red seats vs rogue seats vs new biz seats) the Embraer is simply not worth it for PE. On the two occasions when I've been forced to fly on the Embraer I have written a note to VA expressing my dissatisfaction with the service and I have received a full refund.
