The Thai green curry a few cycles ago had to be toned down cause it was too hot

If the tandoori chicken is 'spicy' for non-Asians, then I can't wait for the VA butter chicken then. I mean, chicken stew

The butter chicken meals out of Aus in Y were sweet vs the butter chicken that DPS had going which was cracking spiced. Was good while it lasted.

That one is my favourite J meal! And yes can confirm it met the definition of a curry

CBR-DPS VA127 1 Aug
Was due to fly NTL-MEL-DPS but Virgin changed our outbound which made me concerned about the MEL transfer (particularly my wife's bag given we were in Bali for 15 days and I feared collateral damage on the old Amex). So I cancelled and we drove to CBR. Flight so far has been great (got to see the Temu shower curtain for the first time and flight attendants have been enforcing the miscreants). Loved the service. PDD. Meal orders taken 2AC, FD (favouring the females of the couples), then 1AC (both males) then FD (my wife in the window, me a Gold on a points redemption). Would love to know if this was intentional. Wanted ask the FA if she was @twinaisle but my wife said I was already being a nerd writing this in air (fair call). Offered the beef rendang (which I found out after service was the crew meal) which was delicious but about -1 SHU despite the chilli and not @kerfuffle approved. Wasn't excited by the beans, but they were flavoursome. The alternative was a cheesy gnocchi thing but we were SOL based on previous choices, but we both would have chosen the rendang. Served according to order order, paired mine with a GB shiza (wife had Margaret River chards and then, according to her, a delicious pinot noir, which I thought was an oxymoron).

The CM said it had it the devil's herb on it, which tells you more about her than me. One sprig? C'mon, that's a garnish!
