Possibly as the ACCC website lists January/February 2026 as Final Determination date which I assume it a typo and means Jan/Feb 2027.
https://www.accc.gov.au/public-regi...ter/virgin-australia-airlines-pty-ltd-and-ors. A draft decision is listed for November meaning in theory in 24 to 53 days we should know if this is a go.

All this is assuming the NZ Commerce Commission approves to a similar timeframe and as of right now Air NZ is still...
