When you go to "contact us" on the Velocity website there is now "VIP" as a tier above Platinum to select in the pull-down menu.

Indeed!

Not sure why you are able to select a tier when you are logged in... While it does (I think) default to your current tier, what is stopping me selecting VIP or red ?

I wonder if VA will make anything official about this ?

I (WP) had a call from someone at DJ the other day. He called me a "VIP customer". Does that count? :P

Yes - I saw this last week when submitting a retro claim.

So does it only show for Plats (when logged in) or for everyone? I can think if a couple who might qualify

Just realised the postal address in my Velocity Account is still set to the Gold Coast, invitation must have been sent there.

Must remember to check the mail when I'm next up north.

I can check it for you if you like. I'm IanR so I'm sure I can doctor the invite to suit moi!

must be a spelling mistake - 'DYKWIA' is not spelt 'VIP'
