With the Retro Roo flight a fortnight away, and the 95th Birthday celebrations starting for Qantas I thought I would post something that my Father passed onto me last night.

Just wondering what others may have in terms of vintage airline memorabilia?

Does a Qantas Platinum card expiry 12/15 count?

I have Vol 22 of the Qantas News dated October 28, 1974. I have that because I'm on the front page 'modelling' the new Pucci material that had been made into a bikini.

I was clearing out the shed a couple of months ago and found a jar filled with 1 & 2 cent coins. In amongst the coins was this:-

I don't recall how I ended up with this. My uncle and his wife's family were all long standing employees (pilot, engineer, steward, nurse). So I can only guess that I either stole it from my uncle when I was about 8 years old, or he gave it to me.

A friend of mine has 3 unused BA airline bags circa 1980's. Are they worth anything ?
