Vietnam Visa - Apply online..?

If in Sydney you could get from Consulate General of Vietnam which is in Edgecliff, was done by my partner and it was the same as if done online via that site as they send you something electronically which you take with you anyways.

Does anyone know a link to apply for Vietnam visa which isn't a scam...?
I seem to be going around in circles trying to find a legitimate website, Has anyone used this site?
And if so was it legit.... Thank you in advance
Yes, that’s the correct legit one.
I have used it many times.
Visa fee is USD25 - if the fee is higher than that, then it raises a red flag 🇻🇳

NOTE: if you apply for the visa, esp online, you will get the "you are approved" list, but that list, will also have other people details/data on it.
My parents went to Vietnam for a cousins wedding a few years ago, applied online, and got an email back, approved, with the red star stamped with a circular visa stamp, it was for them to get visa on arrival at a Vietnamese airport.
Trouble is with this, trouble with this is, that in that letter, there were also names of Russians and others, with passport numbers too!
No sense of data privacy/data security!
Maybe the procedures have changed, but just be aware, that if things have not changed, your passport number and country, ie, Aust, could be seen by unscrupulous peoples.

Yes, this was the case under the old ‘Letter of Introduction, Visa on Arrival’ system. It was quite a surprise the first time we got our letter, along with the passport details of about a dozen other random people…
Under the newer eVisa system, this doesn’t happen - its a completely individual process.

I see Vietnam now allows multiple entry tourist visas.
Our situation is we will enter HCM and exit Hanoi (to Cambodia) on the first visit, then arrive SongTien Landport and exit HCM airport.
They seem quite specific about needing to define entry and exit, but if you select multiple entry it still allows only a single entry and exit port to be selected.

Has anyone had experience re this ?

That's the difficulty with the new multiple entry visas. You may enter and leave each time through different places yet the application allows you to list only two.

The information we received on some recent cruises specifically said that we had to get the entry exit ports correct. This was easier because they were still only single entry at that time.

After all the issues including many having to redo their visas because they entered an incorrect exit port we ended up skipping a port on one cruise. So in reality our entry port was different to that on our visa and there were no issues.

I noted the revised single entry price is now US$25 and multiple $50.
My memory was the single entry was $35, and since we want just the 2 entries, decided to apply for each entry separately.
Same overall price and it allowed me to be precise on the entry / exit ports for each segment. A bit more work on forms and payments, but seemed worth it for being clear.
