Forget to mention, a few weeks ago I was returning from CNS and as I returned my rental car in comes VH-OEG. I watched with interest as it nosed into the domestic terminal. Walked inside to see it was operating QF924/925 SYD-CNS-SYD. I was told that it also ran the op the day before too. Good fortune for those flying those days, especially in J.

We Melbourne bound passengers were treated to VH-ZXG, YIKES, what a heap :!: I really wonder how long QF is going to keep operating these aircraft in this condition and if when the 787's arrive the 767 fleet is going to get a very much needed refurb. I am guessing that they are just going to run them until the interiors literally fall apart. Strangely, business class looks in worse condition that Y and at the fares charged is a total disgrace.

QF used to have a 747 (various guises) operating a daily SYD-CNS-SYD domestic run in the past 6 or 7 years. Atrt one time it was regularly a 747-200 and then a -300 and then -400. But it does seem to be seasonal.

Thanks for the heads up - wonder what the odds are of it continuing? Dummy booking shows 763.

Looks like OEG was scheduled as part of peak easter/school holiday movements.

Note that most of the PER operations were substitutions, those -ve number represent the number of minutes delayed when comparing scheduled and actual departure/arrival times.
