With news that Myer have jumped into bed with Velocity to accept points spend at their stores, I wonder how that’s been received in Mascot given Olivia Wirth was previously head of Qantas loyalty?

Inevitable considering QF went with David Jones in June.

I’m not sure most execs care about loyalty once they leave. Jayne Hrdlicka now works at a QF affiliated company.
