Velocity Award Redemption Issues

Looks like a recent "enhancement".

Looking to book a simple CBR-SYD award x 4, which costs (7800 + $43.90 or 15300 points). I have ~40K points in my account which is enough for 4 x (7800 + $43.90) awards.

But the booking doesn't let me proceed to the next page, as I don't have enough points for the full points option (15300 x 4). I don't see anywhere where I can choose the point + pay option.

Am I missing something?

I've had the same issue. IIRC I resolved it by logging out and going through the booking process, logging in when prompted.

I have experienced the same. Logged out, cleared my cache, logged back in…….. all good
