Velocity award booking question

I would appreciate if someone can guide me how far in advance Velocity award booking can be made? I was looking to book a domestic trip with family using Velocity points for Easter 2015 but on Velocity website seats are unavailable for booking (only shows availability till mid march).

I appreciate advice/help.

I was speaking to them on Thursday and was told normally 330 days but try from 360.
