VA29 SYD-AUH Seating Allocation

I've got an upcoming flight to AUH on VA29 the week after next flying in J.

I was curious to try & find out how full the flight was. Using Expert Flyer (I know it's not an exact science) I could see that only 12 out ofthe 33 J seats had been allocated, 3 out of the 40 Y+ seats allocated and 27 out of the 288 Y seats allocated, a total load allocation of about 11%. Either there are a lot of people booked on the flight who haven't as yet had a seat allocated and will do so at check-in or the flight is going to be extremely empty.

Checking the turn-around flight VA30 it looks quite loaded with an Expert Flyer load capacity suggesting a 71% capacity.

What are the loading a for the flight? As not everyone selects a seat before check in, the seat map doesn't really show you anything in terms of likely load this far out.

As I said, Expert Flyer is not an exact science when it comes to determining loads and that a lot of people get their seat assignment at check-in time. However, generally speaking I suspect most people who are traveling in J (or even Y+) tend to opt for a seat assignment when booking. In the case of J, I could only see 12 out of the 33 seats assigned.
