VA WP benefits on a SQ Redemption booking

Not sure if this is SQ or a VA question, but I have redeemed VA FF points for a SQ J Booking. I am unable to change the Krisflyer number on booking.
Question is - Do I get to enjoy the additional 20 KG of luggage allowance on showing the VA WP card..
