VA Lounge International Lounge Access Melbourne

Hi guys,

Bit of confusion regarding VA International Lounge access.

I am a basic Velocity Member, not a lot of points.

Im travelling to LAX from MEL later this year in Economy.

If i purchase lounge access passes from someone on Gumtree, is this sufficient to get me into the Lounge?

Any help is appreciated.

No, that will not. VA do not have any international lounges and a pass will not get you into the EY lounge that they use for LAX flights at MEL

VA don't have international lounges of their own, so VA lounge passes would only be valid for domestic lounges.

I'm unsure if they let you into a domestic lounge before an international flight with a lounge pass, sorry I've never used a lounge pass.

Alternatively if you have one of the correct Amex cards, you can use the Amex lounge

Just another questions on this, will I have access to "The House" lounge in MEL when travelling to LAX with Delta flight number operated by VA as a Velocity Gold? I can't seem to find the answer on VA's website. Thanks in advance.
