Yep. Definitely call or email. They should adjust it manually.On Monday 9 Feb I had 489 SC, on the same day flew Melb to Perth earning 15 SC so should have received Gold (total 504 SC).
However on Tue 10 Feb lost 90 SC and hadn’t been credited those 15 SC until yesterday Sat 15 Feb along with an additional 60 SC from various other flights during the week.
So as of today left with a grand total of 474 SC.
Given I technically met the 500 SC required on Monday, should I be giving them a call to plead my case?
You can email them and ask them to adjust it manually. I did that when I had multiple legs when transitioning from silver to gold and then gold to platinum. If the person on the other end says no, then try again.I am doing status run on 7th Mar to AKL as part of DSC offer and my return flight from AKL is on 8th Mar. If I were to achieve the required credits from my flights on 7th Mar, will the credits from 8th Mar be against the requalification or will it be sucked into my transition from SG to WP.
Looking at the current trend of points/credits posting delay , not sure how that would pan out.
