VA 777 spotted at MEL - Sun 8th March

Sitting here at QC waiting for my flight to Perth there is a VQ 777 parked opposite the international terminal.

Wonder what it's doing here ? Ground ops testing ?

Word is that a VA 777 will be at the airshow. Hopefully it will be open for inspection.
 
B777-300ER "Didgeree Blue" will be open for internal inspection on Friday, 13 March between 11.00am and 2.00pm and again from 4.00pm and 7.00pm. On Saturday, 14 March, it will be open for internal inspection from 10.00am until 1.00pm and then again from 2.00pm until 5.00pm. Other times on static display only.

Saw one of the beasties about 24 hours ago parked on an apron in LAX ...

I also saw a VA 777 on the tarmac on Saturday morning when we were taxiing out for takeoff.

I was at the Airshow today and the aircraft was there though a long way away from the public areas.
