Hello, I'm trying to book 3 x pax KIX-BNE JQ J class. I can see availability for the 3 seats on the QF flight finder and booking engine for 3 dates in 2027. I tried booking via the website and got a message after entering payment details saying there had been an error in processing the payment (shown below) Tried 2 different cards (amex and Mastercard) all with loads of credit available, no dice. Tried again this morning, same error. Called QFF, 3 different agents, I said the flights were no longer there, the next cut me off and now on hold with the third who's told me its an "ongoing issue with classic rewards and Jetstar with no timeframe for resolution" All three dates still showing online. Any ideas on a course of action, or am I doomed ?
