US Visas

Success! The J-1 and B-2 visas are now in my possession.

I was actually surprised at how quickly my interview went. They only asked me if I'd paid, where I went to university, what year I was in, where I was going overseas, and what I was studying there. They only checked my DS-2019, current passport and receipts (I can't guarantee that any other prospective visa applicants will receive the same treatment). Probably had to do with the fact that I answered the questions so quickly ;)

Here's to hoping for a mostly hassle-free holiday. Thanks to everyone for their help!

Considering they must see a lot of people with a criminal record not eligible for VWP, I think you'd be a breath of fresh air to an extent.
