Nice ;)

My friend and her daughter are flying in two weeks, a SYD-BKK-CDG F return that was charged 35K per person ;)

Yes South Pacific, that's why I booked it.

A couple of agents told me it would be 90K pp if I wanted to a stopover in North Asia - the final agent didn't ;)

the other agents were correct. no stopovers allowed in a same region award.

Where's NGO??

But this confirms something i was thinking a few weeks back on here, that if NZ won't be offering any J flights to South Pacific destinations then perhaps they'll let you fly via Asia...

Isn't it Nagoya in Japan?

Yes it is after i looked it up... That is a circuitous route... But nice for 30,000 miles... Pity SQ and TG don't actually fly to many (any) pacific islands... NZ really has a bit of a monopoly on them in *A...

Thats true but it's sometimes the lack of routes that make the "interesting" routes possible!

Yes Nagoya, Japan. We're going skiing so it's about the same distance to the ski fields we're looking at from NGO as it is from NRT (no SQ availability into NRT anyway as it's all A380 and 77W from memory).

Total cost including everything was $740 pp.

I'm not complaining!

SQ availability for Tokyo is good into HND.

I've done bookings/trips sometime ago so need to refresh...

So US Airways has sent itinerary. How do I go about meal and seat request on each sector with different airlines? For my forthcoming trip, I've two sectors each with SQ and TG.

need TG's PNR no enter it into CHECK BOOKING on their website and you'll see meal request.. I find it a bit glitchy sometimes use the UK site. Same I guess for SQ, need their PNR's

I phoned TG with my PNR and they allocated them for me.
