Hi all,

Quick question. Is anyone aware with an economy red e-deal if upgrading (through $$) to business on the same day if the change fee is charged, or if because it is a higher fare the change fee is waived? Cheers.

A Red e-Deal fare cannot be changed on the day of departure. :(

I think they mean they purchased a Red e-Deal and wish to upgrade the fare same day of purchase (change of mind?).

In this case, the Same Day No Mistake policy would apply. If Keelan calls before midnight on the same date of booking creation, then we can assist with a change without fees. Only the fare difference would apply. :)

Thanks, I was actually referring to a flight I booked about a month ago for travel in July, but now see that changing it would indeed incur a change fee (aptly named:-) I just thought that maybe as was changing to a higher fare the change fee would be waived, but that is not the case. Thanks again!
