I use the KVS tool and find it very helpful, and have been able to look, book and upgrade simultaneously!
I have just recently (last week) migrated from using KVS to EF. I find EF is a much more refined tool with all features available from the one web site. KCS pulls together information and tools from many places including sites like Travelocity.infoworks said:I use the KVS tool and find it very helpful, and have been able to look, book and upgrade simultaneously!

When attempting to upgrade a family member to U, do they consider their status or that of the person burning the points when working through the hierachy?

Yes, its a great service. I have alerts set for a couple of waitlists I have for upcoming AA flights, so I hope I am as successful as you have been.chrisb said:Count me in as another happy customer of Expert Flyer - I registered about a week ago not expecting much - About 15mins ago an email came in, and 5mins later I've scored 2 upgrade seats on an upcoming PER-MEL flight.
Very impressed! It's worth the $15 or so the membership has cost me.
