From mine it is on each leg..but you have to book individual legs,,,rather than on the total journey.

I received the email several hours ago and tried to upgrade my O class ticket SYD-HKG return next month, but kept getting a message that it was not possible to do due to the conditions of the O class ticket.

Seat counter is showing a mostly empty business cabin on my flight dates.

Tried again ten minutes ago and the requests went through. I'll know on the day whether I get a pointy end seat.

That's a 'normal' bug (is that the right thing to say?) that has been happening for a while. Nothing really to worry about in terms of whether your request has been submitted correctly.

I got the email last night as Mrs Batesy & I are off to Auckland tomorrow.
We are booked in O class. I checked it and it definitely had changed to be upgraded as well as my two other SYD-MEL returns booked for later this year.
Its not worth the cost in points for an upgrade on a 767 with no skybed, only three hours flying for 32K points each way.
I am saving up our points for two oneworld J awards anyway.

I will pray to the upgrade gods for an op-up instead!! Dont like my chances, have alreday pre-allocated the bulkhaeds anyway.
Flight departs at 6:30pm, so will be checking in at 3:30pm and then off to the Flounge!!!

I got this email too and am tempted for my MEL-LAX-SYD in July BUT looking at the seats already allocated to me it looks like I may already be in PE??

I'm really confused. I've been allocated 39B/39J on what appears to be (for both flights) a 4 class 744. QF93 on July 10 and QF108 on July 18. EF shows this as economy but looks like PE seating config????? Can anyone shed any light on this? Also, last time I checked, the rows 36-39 were all blocked other than the 2 seats allocated to me as per the above?

Yep, now working for me as well.

Hmmm ... 56K for AKL-LAX, showing J0 C0 D0 I0 B9 H9 K0 M0 L0 VC SC NC QC OC XC E0 with E/F showing ONLY 9 J seats preallocated - (No WHY seat map available). I decided against requesting an upgrade here as my op-up chances seem good.

My return on the 388 is showing R9 F9 A7 J9 C9 D9 I5 W9 T9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 S9 N9 Q9 O9 X9 E9, so I did request an upgrade there.

put your booking into checkmytrip and click on details.

See if your flight has the green tick showing that your seat allocation is confirmed. If not showing then you may well be moved.

I wouldn't trust that. I've had "aisle seat confirmed" with a green tick... yet it's a window seat.

I also got the offer emailed to me. Flying MEL-LHR in July, booked in O class.

I don't think we will take the offer up though, as I have 130K points but would only be able to upgrade one leg out of the 4 legs flown for myself and the Mrs. Will use the points for an award seat at some other time in the future.

I was more meaning that if there was no tick that his seat numbers probably mean very little.
