I don't know many airport codes but CPT and JHB are the two places I do know, as main place I have travelled since marrying a South African. Just quick replying on phone!!! Should wait and use desktop at home!!!

The OP was talking about a points upgrade to J which is a form of paid upgrade - you've somehow made the assumption they were after a freebie.
