I just purchased it a few days ago after reading about it here (and missing out on it when it was free). It's a great little app but my points balance doesn’t show up on the first screen. It knows my login details and shows my status on the calculator page but not any of my info on the first page. Kind of disappointing.

Is this a known bug?

BTW this is my first post after lurking for some time :)

I haven't had any issues with it. Have been using it since beta testing, I really like the latest update and hope the issues with QF can be resolved

Can you email a screen grab of the front page (press both home button + top button together ) as well as your QF status to me
[email protected] ? I will try see whats happening on that front... seems like a bug in grabbing the data from QF.
I'll make sure I'll get it working for you.

Hi tuppaware, like PB12IN, I have also been lurking for some time in the forum and am having the same problem as PB12IN with the Frequent Flyer app. Did you find a solution to the problem? While it's a great little app, it would be even better if I could get the points balance to show up on the first screen. It knows my login details and shows my status on the calculator page but not any of my info on the first page.

The app was great when I wanted to know earn for LHR-GLA, today. Stupid qantas website!

How do you normally do it? Oneworld? I toying with VA, etihad to Manchester and train from there, just to get up status. But I've got an upgradable fare quote with QF/BA to submit for approval. Corporate TA was a bit dodgy as he couldn't get me on QF2 SYD-SIN, SIN-LHR instead of SYD-LHR. I'm also thinking a 2 hour transit in LHR is too short
 
Have I missed something? I have the latest version of the app and I just entered a DONEx itinerary but it only accepts 15 of the 16 sectors. Why not the full count :confused:.
