Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

It seems to me the quality of service from Jetstar card call centre in Philippines is far better than Citi's call centre, also in Philippines.

That's funny the AMEX call centre in Australia better than the WWEDRCC also in Australia.....

Just noticed this: ^ A Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards non-refundable annual fee of $30 will apply to the Jetstar MasterCard and will be charged upon your first enrolment and the n each year on the anniversary of your enrolment in Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards.

Anyone tried requesting for no fee in the first year? I'm tempted to give it a go.

I'm going for no fee in second or binning card!

I'll also be asking at renewal time. I didn't mind paying the fee in the first year to get the points, but won't keep it for a 2nd year if the fee isn't waived. I'm not expecting that they will waive the fee, so expect to cancel.

What CARD to go to next if NO renewal for FREE?????????
Definitely won't be paying $30 too QFF either!
Febs the date need suggestions by!

Anyone got their second 15K point allocation. Met the 5K spend early December but still waiting on the points. Dec statement only just arrived so I thought that may be the reason

Did I get myself in a pickle?

Hi all,

Made ATO payments and Balance is under Limit, BUT
Available credit is $0.00

Now ATO payments and fuel purchase went through.

1. Will these be seen as CASH ADVANCE?
2. If no credit will payments still go through?
3. Any extra charges.

Less than a month before I call to get Free another year or Burn.....about 80K put in a year.
Received card in March...will call in FEB!

SWMBO rang to cancel her card. Went through the spiel about not worth the annual fee, they tried to convince her otherwise, but would not budge on waiving or reducing the annual fee. Card cancelled.

Well I stuffed up and went overlimit...rang them and was CREDITED back Overlimit FEE as good customer and first time.
They said they would activate card so that it would not go over limit in future!
Still if they do not give it for free next year then I'm cutting it up!

Just called to cancel my Jetstar MC .... They did ask why and of course I said annual fee is too expensive. They did mention the value of travel insurance before cancelling.

Have to say though with recent changes to QF, QFF point is valued less and less. I will now use my CB Platinum Visa for Krisflyer points.

Did anyone else fail to get their second batch of 15000 Qantas points credited to their account?
after waiting over 6 months I had to ring them to chase up my last 15000 points

Interestingly it took them no time at all to charge me a non payment fee and a dishonour fee when the newly setup automatic payment failed this month because of an extra digit added to the number - I've asked them if they will credit those fees given the human error - it will be interesting to see their reresponse

and yes I still hate their Service Centre and the cheesy apologetic agents who have to escalate everything...one of TE worst call centre experiences I've experienced - I bet that costs them business in the long run
