Under any normal circumstances, I would've said this is 2 weeks late for April fools. In the current US landscape - anything is possible I guess.

Although any real possibilities of this would involve huge divestures in int'l ops from one of the 2 companies as it's likely impossible for this to proceed in any non-US market.
