My point was that BA have a j lounge at Heathrow (two actually in t5) that cater to domestic passengers. Yes they are shared with international travellers but the point is they exist.
The comparison is not like for like simply because Heathrow T5 mixes international and domestic passengers so clearly domestic passengers are getting the same lounge access as international passengers. Indeed fly as a domestic passenger on an international flight from Sydney T1 or Mel international on Qantas and you would get the same.
Besides the Lounge you are talking about at Heathrow isn't called a business is called the Galleries lounge with the 2nd tier being Galleries First. Again so it is all in the name really, not what is being offered.
