Unable to link lounge pass

Hi all,

I'm flying PER-MEL on QF772 at 06:05 on 10th September paid Y and I am unable to link my Qantas complimentary lounge pass. When I click 'link invitation' I am taken to the Qantas Club homepage (https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/the-qantas-club.html) and the invitation fails to link. There doesn't appear to be any reason as to why I shouldn't be able to link it - it's not during school holidays and I cannot think of any other reason as to why it might be suspended? According to the Qantas website it also should be open despite the early time of my flight. Does anyone have any thoughts? TIA.

It's been a problem for a while, last November I flew PER-ADL -PER and had the same issue. I copied the rejection email and showed it to the Lounge Ladies who fixed it. I notice quite a lot of these queries now show the 'qantas-club' link. I understood the Lounge Pass was for 'The Lounge', and the Q Club was something else again, which adds to the confusion for me at least.

Thanks Franky - unfortunately not receiving a rejection e-mail, just taken to the Qantas Club page. I think what I'll probably do is try again 7 days out from my flight and if it continues not to work record a video of my attempt and show it to the Lounge Staff as proof that it's through no fault of my own I was unable to link the pass.
