Unable to access and login as a paid member of frequentlyer.com.au

Hello and forgive me if this is covered elsewhere but I have been unable to find a way to contact admin - hence this looks the closest. I have sent to admin email but no reply.

It relates to being charged twice for a membership against my card within a week.
‘Contact us’ link not really relate to billing queries.

As we all know a chargeback with bank is something we AFFers hope to avoid.

Please reply as to how I can progress.

I am happy to report the $75 pending (according to my chat with bank) is a refund in evolution.
So — all good so far.
In the past when I have pending refund it shows as pending CREDIT (not like a charge)

For my own knowledge what is the way to contact admin.
I was loathe to do this on the forum as preferred a 1:1 dialogue but emails went unanswered.
