What website is that? I tried googling, no valid results came back (all I got was QFF, VFF and other frequent flyer program references, including AFF)

When I tried to launch frequentflyer.com.au it redirects me to AFF website. So are you saying that you did not get a response from AFF? If you can post any error you get that will be helpful. I'm sure the techies behind AFF are super helpful.

Just to clarify - are you still talking about AFF? The website's forum into which you are currently logged on and replying to this thread? Like this very thread, yea?

Hi @Muhsin. The AFF moderation team has highlighted your issue to the AFF technical team. So hopefully this can be sorted out quickly for you.

It seems you can successfully log into your AFF membership and hence post in the forums.

As noted above, FFS and AFF were "merged" at the end of 2023, so membership between the two sites should be using one membership account. The content previously delivered by FFS is now available through the AFF site under the "Member Services" tab from any AFF forums page, or the "Members" -> "Members Lounge" page from the AFF home page.

As a signed in AFF member, you can send a "Message" to @admin using the envelope icon at the top right near the search bar.

If you are still unable to access the content you believe should be available to you, feel free to "Report" this post by clicking the report link below and one of the Moderation team will follow up with you get a response.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

i am able to log in to AFF account as been having a free AFF account for past about 2 years, but i am a paid member of FFS which i cannot access as a continuing paid member with AFF after the merger,, there was not even a courtesy to tell me about the merger which i deserve to know as a FFS paid member,, only taken my money in about Nov 2023

Looks like @Muhsin paid the $195 to become a Platinum member of FFS just before they merged into AFF. Bit surprised they're not getting any response as AFF @support has historically been very prompt.

I hope they're not mixing up Platinum AFF membership with Platinum QFF membership!!
I’ve been trying to get payment details for a week from @support with no reply to a conversation on AFF and an email.

I used to pay by PayPal. When I go to member payments portal it won’t recognise my email address to send me the payment link. I’m a bit frustrated too.

Who knows if this is a feature of the new ownership of AFF...

Thank you @NM for raising this.

@Seat0B, you are right, the billing portal does not work for those few members who are still on the old PayPal system. We have emailed you the solution to your issue. Apologies that it took us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
Sharing the solution for all other members on an old PayPal membership: simply wait until your membership expires and then renew your membership via your account on https://www.australianfrequentflyer.com.au/community/account/upgrades. You can also check your current membership expiry date on the same link above.

@Muhsin, we can confirm that you are a former Frequent Flyer Solutions member and that we have communicated with you regarding the merger with AFF, including the transfer of your membership and steps to follow. Good news is that our records show that you have successfully received and opened those emails in November last year, including the email with the credit you could use to transfer your membership benefits to AFF and the contact details to reach out if you had any questions. To make it easier for you, we have emailed you the instructions again on how to use your credit so you can upgrade your AFF membership. If you need any additional assistance please reply to that email so we can provide you with support you need (the old FFS support email is no longer active).

Thank you all for your patience

HI

Many thanks for your email. As per your instructions, the credit was applied and extra$20 paid to become an AFF platinum member. I still can not access the courses, keeps saying to upgrade myself when I have already done so and logged in with my credentials

Please assist

Kind regards

Muhsin

Hi Muhsin,

Access to the courses usually takes 24-48 hours after the upgrade, because the system needs some time to sync. You should have access by now.

Hope you enjoy your new Platinum membership benefits.
