U Class KVS

Hey All,

Has U class disappeared from the KVS tool when viewing QF flights. I used to be able to see U class availability but it seems to have gone.

Anyone know anything?

Which method do you use? Sabre ITN?

I'm not sure why, but U and Z classes seem to appear and disappear without any patterns. All I can suggest is if you use Sabre ITN, just retry the same query and U class may show up.

This QF-specific issue has been noted before, and it appears to be caused by some sort of a datalink issue between QF and Sabre. As Leumas already mentioned, in most cases, repeating the query (by either clicking the Go button or pressing Enter) will make the U class re-appear, e.g.:
