Yes, that is often a problem. I haven’t read. The books so don’t have that issue.

Finished the final season of The Boys on Prime. Really sad this show - and its spinoff, Gen V - has ended. As much as I enjoyed the unbridled spoofing of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (in its own rude, crude, twisted and often comically funny "splatter horror" way), the way in which they've managed to weave so many of today's political, societal and behavioural themes into the narrative is to be applauded. In many respects, this show is able to hold up a mirror to society in much the same way as shows like The Simpsons. Without a doubt, this series is not for everyone. But for the rest of us, it was a whole lot of fun while it lasted.
