Yes damn cheap - a no brainer IMHO - even I can tolerate Y for 3 hrs at this price.

My folks were somewhat caught out on this.

Apparently a day room can only be booked for transits between 4 and 8 hours (I think that's the right time limits).

I got knocked back for the day room a couple of years ago because my transit was 12 hours and therefore too long for the day room. I would've accepted a time limit on it (maybe 4 hours) but no go.

No, TK iced that – although they got close enough to have been advertising for SYD staff jobs on LinkedIn! – but the latest plan would see DPS become the stop-over for flights from IST to SYD and MEL in an effort to tap into Bali-bound traffic rather than rely solely on the long-haul.
