Turkish Airlines Delays/Cancellations

On Monday 16 September 2024, TK168 (1015 hours midmorning SIN-MEL airborne at 1200 'high noon') should arrive at gate at 2102 hours, 82 minutes late. A359 TC-LGO has the task.

TK's punctuality to and from MEL is not great.

The 0825 hours TK244 from KUL to SYD (A359 TC-LGE) took off on Wednesday 17 December at 0952 hours. Gate arrival is forecast as 48 minutes late at 2038 hours mid evening. AS TK245 back to KUL, and on to IST, is timetabled to depart at 2145 hours, it'll be tardy.

On the same day, the Melbourne bound TK168 that started its second sector in SIN (A359 TC-LGT, the 1025 hours) was airborne at 1112 with gate arrival becoming 2140 mid evening, 45 late. TK169 back to SIN and IST is the scheduled 2240 hours so like its Sydney counterpart, unlikely to be punctual.

Sunday 4 January 2026's 0755 hours KUL down to SYD (TK174, A359 TC-LGF) took off at 0907 hours so forecast gate arrival this evening becomes 1950 hours, half an hour behind schedule. This will slightly delay the 2115 hours TK175 back to KUL.

It looks like the 3 January TK175 (also scheduled at 2115 from SYD) was delayed overnight with A359 TC-LGA forecast to depart at 1700 hours this afternoon. for KUL and on to IST.

On Monday 12 February 2026, TK174 arrived ex KUL in SYD at 2017 hours, 57 minutes late. As at 2224 AEDT, A359 TC-LGM had only just departed as TK175, the timetabled 2115 hours back to KUL and on to IST, so still had to taxi in Sydney.
