Trouble redeeming Qantas Gift Voucher

Hi everyone. I've been having trouble redeeming a qantas gift voucher. When I go the the redeem voucher section (qantas.com/giftvoucher), I enter the Reference and Surname and it takes me to the "manage booking" page, where it asks for those details again. It seems to send me in circles without moving past this page. I've tried in IE, Chrome, Firefox. Qantas have had a 3 hour wait time today so I'm a little fed up with trying to contact them. Has anyone else had this trouble and can assist me? Thanks in advance

I reedem my vouchers using the Manage Booking option on the qantas.com home page. Try using this option instead and let us know if you get the same behaviour.
