Tripair.com - experiences

Have a short-haul flight to book (AY RIX-HEL) and Tripair.com are 7 euros cheaper than Finnair.com.

Has anyone had experience using Tripair.com? They seem to be a Greek OTA.

I googled them. Mixed results but hard to tell if people have a genuine complaint, or they are simply infrequent flyers with unrealistic demands (for example, complaining they're not allowed to change a LCC flight, or complaining they got dates wrong but can't change them). Others report no problems.

Looks like tripair is the international arm of one of Greece's largest travel agencies.

If in doubt... to save 7 euros? Why not book direct?

I imagine that, as long as you don't need to make any changes, it will be fine.
