Hi guys,

Looking at heading over to Europe next year for up to a year. I've been looking around at travel insurance, but unsure as to what the best might be?

All the ones I've look at come in around the $900 mark.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I would have a look at good2gotravelinsurance, reasonably priced, used them before but never had to make a claim. The policy is underwritten by AIG Australia. Just make sure you read the PDS to make sure it meets your requirements.

Yeh, just did up a quote with good2go. $580. That's quite cheap. Are there any dramatic differences between the likes of what STA, or Flightcentre, Covermore, etc. might provide?

Could always ask for a price match as well for the same level product.

From what i know and a quick glance at those policies AIG/good2go should provide a broader cover. That is comparing the Works/Comprehensive polices.
Also for your reference travel insurance through Flight Centre will most likely be with Covermore anyway.
