Hi
As I have a flight booked to Bali early in the new year and given the recent delays to Bali flights due to Volcanic Ash, I was hoping someone is able to provide the name of a good travel insurance policy that covers delays/cancellations due to Volcanic Ash.
Thanks

Many travel insurance policies will cover you for delays caused by volcanic ash as an unforeseen event, however in this circumstance with the volcano still shutting down flights no insurance company is going to treat it as unforeseen. Unfortunately I think you're out of luck and will have to cross your fingers that your flights aren't delayed. I'm in the same position with flights over there in November, I'm putting off the purchase of my accommodation until the last possible minute to minimise my potential losses.
