Hi all, I've tried searching for a thread but couldn't locate an answer.
I received a Jetstar voucher in the early Covid days due to flights being cancelled.
Jetstar has pro actively extended the due date to a final expiry of December2023.
I was never given an option to refund, so is that something I can pursue now? Or should I just book a flexible ticket and refund for a fresh credit? I have no use for it currently.
