I had a points booking on QF, booked through BA, which I had to cancel recently. Money (taxes) back on my Amex and points back in my BA account within a week. All done online.

Of course that would be Executive club cancellation, not Qantas.

Today I had a QFF award booking on JAL changed from SIN-HND-SYD to NRT-SYD,SIN-HND - I am dreading my upcoming call to QFF.

Did they at least give you the time to make the multi hour trip between the two?
