Of course that would be Executive club cancellation, not Qantas.

Today I had a QFF award booking on JAL changed from SIN-HND-SYD to NRT-SYD,SIN-HND - I am dreading my upcoming call to QFF.

Did they at least give you the time to make the multi hour trip between the two?

Feel for you - both for the change and the impending Qantas call centre wait to sort!
