Hello FFlyers,

I have booked family tickets to travel from Goldcoast to Delhi with stopover in Singapore and Bangkok.

Goldcoast to BKK is with Scoot (one ticket)

5 hours stopover

BKK to DELHI (second ticket)

Myself and son are both austraian passport holders but my wife has indian passport. We both are covered by Tourist Visa exemption scheme so We can head out and collect the baggage and Check it back in with Thai Airways at the counter.

So my question is:

Does She need to go out after immigration check to get boarding pass again OR She can remain in transit area and do a web check in (No checked in baggage)
OR
I am trying to avoid getting a TRansit or VISA or arrival for her as We have only 5 hours stopover.

Thanks in advance.

The issue will be that when checking in to go to BKK they will want to know the Thailand Visa status of your wife.

Scoot won't know you have a second ticket, and they wont be allowed to fly someone to a destination for which they don't have a Visa. Given that you can typically do online check-in 24hrs before the flight, why not do the web check in at the Gold Coast, then you can show that your wife has an onward flight and wont be entering Thailand.
