:) Hi there at AFF. I will be arriving into Sydney Airport next month on an international flight and then connecting with a Jetstar flight to Melbourne that also departs from the international terminal. Will I require to uplift my bags, clear customs and then recheck in, or will I be able to go to the transit lounge and complete formalities in Melbourne? Thanks for your help.

:) Thanks, at this stage it is: Qantas 322/Lan 801 [AKL-SYD] codeshare, but they are having serious reliability problems at present, the flight has been cancelled 3 days running [19, 20, 21/09] over the last 10 day period.

If it's on the same booking should not be an issue.
